Our goal with this project is to continue spreading light onto the greater Hudson Valley and points north, exploring all the great liquid being made in the region.
Quintus (IPA) starts off with a 2-row and adjunct malt base featuring flaked wheat, flaked rye, oat malt, and wheat from Hudson Valley Malt and a Citra Incognito and Idaho7 whirlpool before a Nelson, Strata, and NYS-grown Triumph. Quintus pours a glowing yellow with bright aromas and flavors of papaya, starfruit, Lemon Heads candy, and bright orange Kiwi, all coming together with a luscious texture, the perfect amount of hoppy bite, and our #EQJuice rainbow melon finish.
