Can you hear the Uptown Anthem? If you listen closely you’ll hear a ballad of “Crispy”, “Hoppy”, and “My German ancestors are over you creating abominations out of their historical styles”. Dope, right? SoCal pils is a style we have fallen in love with here and for this iteration, we’ve brewed with a traditional lager malt base, yeast, and noble hot-side hop additions. A post ferm dry hop of hand-selected Freestyle Motueka and Lórien® pull this lager into the modern space.
